How Neil Frost Got Six Pack Abs – Advice to Get Ripped Abs

What prompted to begin your fitness regime and get six pack abs? How did you feel before having a ripped body?

I was very skinny as a teenager and it wasn’t until my early twenties when I decided to take up weight training in an effort to get bigger. I successfully managed to get much bigger through eating lots of food and supplements like creatine etc.

Whilst I had the size, I lacked definition and couldn’t see my abs. In my late twenties I began to try different diet techniques to see how I could get lean, but still gain and maintain lean muscle mass. It took time, but I managed to find a system that really worked.

What did you feel about the various options or programs available to you at that time?

Nothing seemed to work, I tried literally everything. What I realized is that the programs available were not designed for my specific body type, they were just designed for the ‘average joe’.

I think this is where most ab and fat loss programs fail, because for a program to be effective it has to be tailored to suit the individuals body, metabolism and goals!


What did you do to develop six pack abs? Can you please tell us about your diet and exercise routines?

You can of course see my entire diet and ab training system, but I basically found that training my abs was pointless because it did not burn fat. The only way to do this is to eat a clean diet and perform fat burning cardio.

I see so many overweight guys struggling with ab crunches and sit ups, yet they just don’t realize that all their efforts are in vein, it’s doing absolutely nothing. What will get you abs, is diet! There’s a saying I like to use: Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.


Abs for Life SystemWhat were the obstacles that you faced in your journey? How did you overcome them?

The main obstacle was manipulating my diet so that I could still gain muscle. Some say it’s impossible to gain muscle and cut at the same time, but I disagree.

My Abs for Life System proves that! By carefully rotating carbohydrates and consistently sticking to 6 small meals (shakes) a day one can gain muscle while keeping body fat levels low enough to see abdominal definition.


Looking back at your journey, do you think you could have done something differently?

We are always striving for physical perfection, but one must understand that you cannot sculpt the perfect body overnight, it requires time and dedication. I wish I knew half of what I know now.

I am just fortunate to be able to share my Fat Loss system with the world and if I can help just a small fraction of men and women transform their bodies, I’ll be a happy man!
